At Hilumi Home, we take hygiene and product safety seriously. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any non-defective items once the package has been opened.
We kindly ask customers to carefully review product details and sizes before placing an order.

Due to the nature of bedding products, and to protect all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Items that have been opened
Items that have been used or washed
Items without original packaging
Items purchased by mistake or due to a change of mind
