Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or washed bedding items.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back.After your return has been reviewed by our Customer Experience Team, a return shipping label will be sent to you by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, used or washed bedding products cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
